Order and Payment Information
When you have chosen the perfect item for you, just click on the "add to cart" button and the item will be placed into your shopping cart.
At this time, I accept Paypal through my secure shopping cart system. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use your credit card to pay through their system! If you would like to pay by credit card, without using Paypal, please contact me.
Checks and money orders are also accepted. These must be in US funds, from a US bank. Please note, your order will be held and shipped after funds clear my bank.
Shipping and Handling
Within the U.S. $5.00
International will be calculated upon placement of order
I try to utilize flat rate USPS priority shipping as much as possible.
My goal is to ship no more than 1 business day after receiving funds (that means if you pay on a Friday, I probably won't ship until Monday!). Any unexpected delays will be communicated to the buyer through email.
Your Melismatic item(s) will arrive within a colorful draw-string gift bag and cotton-filled gift box - ready for gift-giving!
"Handcrafted" Characteristics
All of my designs are handcrafted by me as either one-of-a-kind, limited edition, or custom pieces. Slight variations should be expected and appreciated as a special characteristic of a handcrafted Melismatic piece. Gemstones are a product of nature, therefore miniscule differences in color and cut can occur. While I look for the highest quality of materials I can possibly find, slight inclusions or imperfections frequently exist and, in my opinion, only add to the item's "handcrafted" charm!
Sometimes digital photography cannot show gemstones and artisan glass lampwork as accurately as one would like...I will include discrepancies in the images and the actual piece in my descriptions if necessary, and I also invite you to contact me with any questions or concerns you have before ordering.
Returns, Exchanges, Repairs
I want you to be over the moon with your Melismatic purchase, but if you are not 100% happy, please contact me via email within 30 days of purchase. I will do my utmost to rectify the situation. If we cannot come to a mutually agreeable "exchange", I will gladly refund your money. Refunds can only be honored within the 30-day range of purchase.
I am confident that Melismatic jewelry and rosary designs are heirloom-quality...I use wrapped-wire links for most of my items, not single jumprings...so I don't anticipate breakage! If any wire-wrapped Melismatic item breaks, I will gladly repair it for FREE. This is limited to normal circumstances (no running over it with the car, etc...:)
I also can do repairs to jewelry/rosaries that I did not create for a nominal fee. Contact me!
Custom Orders
Need something sparkly for an upcoming event? Need a first communion or confirmation gift? I love custom orders! Most of my designs are OOAK or limited editions, but I can usually recreate something similar to sold items. Or, you may be looking for something special that you just don't see here - in any case, please ask me!
I require a portion of the final price up front (usually 20-30%, depending on the piece) after we have mutually agreed upon materials and other construction/design elements. This fee should be considered non-refundable if an order is cancelled after the piece is underway, however, I will send photo updates at various points during the process to assure you are 100% satisfied!

I hate spam! Melismatic will never sell or share your private, confidential information with a third party. When you purchase an item from me, you will automatically be entered into my customer email list to receive notifications about new items, monthly promotions, upcoming events, and other exciting news. If at any time you would like to be removed from my mailing list, please contact me.
